We appreciate being notified if you are going to be late so we can leave the lights on for you, and assist you with directions and
unloading horses, if needed.
We appreciate knowing in advance if you are bringing any small pets (dog/cat) as long as they are well behaved and
housebroken and get along with other dogs/people.

Deposit and payment information: Sorry we do not accept credit/debit cards. We accept cash,
personal check, business check, money orders, travellers checks. Receipts will be given at
time of check-in.

are my sole responsibility and if leasing a ranch horse from Granite Peaks Ranch, will inform
all staff of my / our true ability to ride a horse. If a beginner or having no experience in riding,
will take the proper instruction offered at the Ranch.
The Equine Liability Law applies in the State of Colorado.
